Siliva Fonda studied at the University of Westminster in London and completed a BSc in Nutritional Therapy in 2011.
She has since gained over 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She has worked in private clinical practice as well as in charity, community, sport and care sectors.
She is passionate about helping others. Her ethos is helping people achieve their health goals by encouraging them to build long-lasting lifestyle habits.
Silvia Fonda completed a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster, London in 2011.
She has since completed many specialist courses to ensure her nutrition knowledge is always up-to-date. This includes certificates in Personalised Sports Nutrition, Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering as well as a Stage 1 C&G Certificate in Further Education teaching.
She was also awarded a certificate for her AllergyWise training from the Royal College of Nursing.
Silvia has been running her own private nutrition practice for over 10 years, offering one-to-one consultations and creating bespoke nutrition plans for her clients.
She particularly specialises in sports nutrition and has worked with many athletes.
Silvia also delivers many talks and workshops to a variety of audiences, from care homes to secondary schools.
